On-Demand Assistance Publication Support Technical & Editorial Workflow

Managed Journal Support when your journal needs RQL to help with the work

Journal subscriptions provide the platform. Managed Journal Support is different: it provides task-based RQL assistance with publication, workflow, metadata, migration, reviewer discovery and technical journal operations.

AI-assisted tools may support preparation, diagnostics and matching guidance, while journal staff retain editorial authority and final decisions.

External costs

RQL support does not include unrelated provider fees

DOI registration through RQL. Registration of a new DOI using RQL's configured Crossref account and DOI prefix requires 2 RQL credits per new DOI. Journals using their own Crossref account and DOI prefix do not incur this RQL DOI-registration credit charge. Updating metadata for the same already registered DOI does not create another RQL DOI registration charge.
Third-party costs are separate. Charges imposed by external providers are not included in an RQL service price unless expressly stated. These can include domains, hosting, premium themes/plugins, payment-provider fees, Crossref membership or DOI registration charges, advertising spend and other vendor or registry fees.
External approval is not guaranteed. RQL may provide technical readiness and application preparation support, while the relevant provider or organization retains authority over approval, registration or inclusion.
