These terms apply when you volunteer or accept a reviewing role on RQL.

Core Terms

Reviewer Responsibility

By offering to review on RQL, you agree to provide fair, constructive, respectful, and academically responsible feedback based on your expertise.

Confidentiality

Do not share private manuscripts, unpublished material, author communications, or reviewer-board discussions outside the RQL workflow unless permission is given.

Conflict of Interest

Do not accept a review if you have a conflict that could affect your neutrality. Disclose any possible conflict to the author or request owner.

Quality of Review

Reviews should identify strengths, weaknesses, methodological concerns, clarity issues, citation gaps, and constructive revision recommendations.

No Guarantee

RQL review activity does not guarantee journal acceptance, publication, indexing, citation, or endorsement by RQL.
