Certificates follow verified platform records

A certificate may require

  • An eligible RQL account or profile
  • A completed qualifying workflow
  • A recorded review or contribution
  • Required profile or identity information
  • Applicable payment or credit where required

Certificate availability

Availability depends on the certificate type, workflow status and active platform rules.

  • Profile Certificate One free lifetime profile certificate may be available. Additional downloads may require credits.
  • Workflow certificates Review, reviewer and translation certificates require an eligible completed platform record.
  • Verification Verification pages or identifiers are provided only where the certificate workflow supports them.

Certificate workflow

From eligible activity to documentation

Step 1 Complete the requirement

Complete the eligible profile, review, reviewer or translation workflow.

Step 2 Record the activity

Ensure the relevant activity and participant information are recorded by RQL.

Step 3 Check eligibility

Confirm that the workflow satisfies the active certificate requirements.

Step 4 Generate the certificate

Create the certificate using the eligible platform record.

Step 5 Download or verify

Download the certificate and use its verification information where enabled.

Complete your profile or eligible RQL workflow, then review the certificates available for your account.
