Will RQL change my scientific conclusions?

Yes. The Main Sections option is designed for selected parts such as the abstract, introduction, results, discussion, or conclusion.

Is this the same as peer review?

No. Academic Polish improves language and presentation. It does not evaluate the work as an independent journal peer reviewer.
