Abstract

Aim of the study: To identify risk factors associated with measles cases in the Odienné health district from 2019 to 2023. Population and methods: This retrospective cohort study, conducted from July to October 2024, analyzed measles surveillance data in the Odienné health district over the period 2019-2023. Cases were selected exhaustively, and data extracted via MAGPI software. A bivariate analysis with Chi-squared tests was performed. Multivariate analysis was performed using logistic regression in IBM-SPSS software. Significance thresholds were set at α= 5% and P-value
